LaTarsha Shine, Real Estate Broker/CEO turned Business Specialist, is the owner of We Shine Realty Experts, Founder of Powerhouse Now Academy, owner of a real estate investment company. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Troy University and has several years of experience in business and management working in state government for 10 years. This combination made her a powerhouse for many successful property closings with buyers, sellers, and investors. 

Being the Broker/CEO of We Shine Realty Experts, LaTarsha has served her local market with over 15 years of real estate expertise in commercial and residential sales, as well as property management. She has worked with a litany of mortgage brokers, lenders and bankers. Because of her expertise, many licensed real estate agents seek her for guidance, training and insight. LaTarsha takes joy in maintaining a good working relationship with fellow real estate agents and a host of other professionals involved in the transaction process.
